Jordan and Arab Hospitality

Ramy Haddad

I recall in one of the years the role played by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, where it launched a massive program to encourage Arab brothers to visit Jordan and explore its historical and beautiful sites. Jordan is known for its abundance of beautiful locations from north to south. As we know, Jordan is a country of hospitality and generosity, and we witness the sense of all Arab visitors that they are in their own country and homeland.

On the other hand, the decision of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to treat Arab tourists the same way as Jordanian tourists, by encouraging and providing them with relief in terms of fees and taxes when visiting tourist and archaeological sites in the country, was a correct and positive decision. It reflects the Jordanian government’s awareness of including the Arab people in the embrace of the homeland, as one family, in the sanctuary of Aba Al-Hussein.

Jordan is surrounded by ancient and rich civilizations, with Islamic and Christian historical significance, making this country an Arab and global tourist destination and placing it on the world tourism map.

So, welcome to all guests of the nation, regardless of their origin. All Jordanians take pride in all Arab guests in their second home and homeland, making Jordan an addition to the Arab world and their warm abode.
