In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the Arab Republic of Egypt condemned the brutal terrorist act that targeted an Iraqi police patrol in Kirkuk Governorate, which resulted in a number of martyrs and injuries.
Egypt extends its sincere condolences and sympathy to the government and people of Iraq, and to the families of the heroic martyrs, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
Egypt affirms its solidarity and full support for the State of Iraq in confronting brutal terrorism, affirming its confidence that such despicable acts will only increase Iraq’s determination to defeat terrorism and eradicate its roots.
