In the details, the media spokesman said that a report was received by the Irbid Governorate Police Directorate this afternoon that an unknown person entered an exchange shop in the city of Irbid, jumped behind the staff counter with a sharp tool in his hand, stole an amount of money (11 thousand dinars) and fled from the place.
The media spokesman added that immediately after receiving the communication and collecting information from the crime scene, the person’s specifications were circulated, so that through that, his identity and whereabouts could be determined.
He added that his whereabouts were raided, he was arrested, and part of the stolen money was found in his possession. During the investigation, he confessed to having committed the crime, and he will be referred to the Public Prosecutor of the State Security Court.
