Director of Public Security Major General Obaidullah Al-Maaytah met, at the Directorate’s building, with a police delegation from the Abu Dhabi Police General Command in the United Arab Emirates, headed by Deputy Director of the Saif Bin Zayed Academy for Police Sciences, Brigadier General Dr. Rashid Mohammed Bu. Rashid, to discuss joint cooperation between the two parties in the police and security fields.
During the meeting, the Director of Public Security, Major General Obaidullah Al-Maaytah, stressed the depth of the historical relations that bind the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
And he indicated the Public Security Directorate’s keenness to continue police, security and training cooperation with the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police, in a manner that guarantees the continuation of the transfer of experiences and the exchange of expertise.
In turn, the Deputy Director of the Saif bin Zayed Academy for Police Sciences praised the distinguished level that Jordan enjoys on the Arab, regional and international levels, especially in the security fields, indicating the keenness of the Abu Dhabi Police General Command to continue implementing more aspects of joint cooperation between the two sides and to exchange security and police expertise academically.
