Deputizing for King Of Jordan Abdullah II, Prince Hashem bin Al Hussein sponsored the Hashemite Scientific Council after the second hundred of this year yesterday, Friday, at the Islamic Cultural Center of the Mosque of the Founding Martyr King Abdullah I, which came under the title ” Imam Al-Razi, may God Almighty have mercy on him, his personal life, his scholarly biography, and his impact on his era and beyond”, within the Hashemite Scientific Councils held by the Ministry of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs and Holy Sites for this year, “Endowments of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein for Academic Chairs.”
Speaking at the Hashemite Scientific Council, Chairman of the Parliamentary Education and Youth Committee, Professor of Interpretation, Deputy Dr. Talib Al-Sarayrah, Dean of the Faculty of Sharia at Yarmouk University, Dr. Muhammad Al-Talafha, Dr. Farouk Muhammad Aref, Professor of Islamic Law at the University of Islamic Sciences, and Imam of the Chair of Imam Al-Razi.
Dr. Muhammad Al-Talafha reviewed the personal life of Imam Al-Razi, may God Almighty have mercy on him, explaining that he was born in the city of Al-Rib Khorasan 544 AH, and his father, Diaa Al-Din, was an imam in Shafi’i jurisprudence, which enabled his son, Imam Fakhr Al-Din Al-Razi, to benefit from his father’s knowledge.
Al-Talafha added that Imam Al-Razi, may God have mercy on him, was a mastermind researcher, and he was able over the course of 4 decades to compile useful books, and at the forefront of his writings is the crop in the science of origins, and behind a wealth of valuable books, and he is the reformer of the sixth century.
Al-Talafha continued his speech by pointing out that his book Al-Mahsul in the science of assets was a valuable wealth in the science of assets, as Imam Al-Razi, , wrote this author and he had not exceeded 33 years of age, then he wrote the book of interpretation and after that he also wrote a book in the science of assets, referring to The book of crops in the science of origins has been prepared on a set of pillars.
He pointed out that the science of fundamentals is a great science, and it sets the path of the jurist in issuing fatwas, and Imam Al-Razi, may God have mercy on him, almost did not leave an issue without researching its origins.
For his part, Representative Dr. Talib Al-Sarayrah spoke about the impact of Imam Al-Razi, may God have mercy on him, in defending the Holy Qur’an, the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and the readings, and the Companions, and responding to the Shiite belief, through the use of evidence and proofs and establishing the argument against the skeptics.
Al-Sararirah also pointed out that the political environment that Imam Al-Razi, may God have mercy on him, lived in was hot because of the wars with the Mongols, in addition to that the social environment was not better than the political environment, which prompted him to work on facing challenges and building foundations until he described with the most beautiful descriptions from scholars what They inherited from him useful knowledge in assets and interpretation.
Al-Sarayrah spoke about Imam Al-Razi’s defense of the Holy Qur’an, indicating that it came in response to the suspicions that were emerging from misguided sects, as some claimed that the Holy Qur’an is not from God Almighty, and this means the invalidity of the prophecy and the invalidity of the revelation, as they were answered. By argument and inference by evidence from the Book of God Almighty, in addition to that he was also defending, may God have mercy on him, the readings.
With regard to the statement of the purposes of the Royal Endowment, Dr. Farouk Muhammad Aref spoke, as he indicated that the Hashemite leadership vowed itself to sponsor science and scholars, and His Majesty King Abdullah II pursued the establishment of endowments that carried 4 scientific chairs and under the auspices of Prince Hashem, and the support of Prince Ghazi bin Talal, Advisor to the King for Affairs The religious endowment was established, aiming to study the complete thought of the four imams, may God have mercy on them, Al-Ghazali, Al-Razi, Al-Suyuti, and Al-Nawawi.
Aref pointed out that the scholarly endowments aim to achieve the purposes represented in the importance of the endowment, encouraging people to conduct the legal endowment, which is an aspect of good, and restoring the pioneering role of the mosque in the life of the nation, as it is a school and a forum that deepens the bonds of brotherhood among members of society, and contributes to achieving the dissemination of its contents. The Amman Message, spreading love, moderation, and moderation, and highlighting the imams and scholars for their great efforts in defending Islam and its people.
He also indicated that it came in the endowment of the Chair of Imam Al-Razi to teach his thought in the King Hussein Bin Talal Mosque, may God rest his soul in the capital, Amman, indicating the emergence of this endowment after 8 centuries because we need it today, defending the Sunnis and the community, and emphasizing that the Holy Qur’an is a miracle, Where Imam Al-Razi, may God have mercy on him, drew people’s attention to the aesthetics of the spiritual world in a delicate Sufism.
The Hashemite Scientific Council, which was moderated by Dr. Muhammad Al-Khawaldeh, was attended by the Minister of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs and Holy Sites, Dr. Muhammad Al-Khalayleh, the Minister of State for Prime Minister Affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Jazi, the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr. Ahmed Al-Khalayleh, His Eminence, the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, Sheikh Abdul Karim Al-Khasawneh, and His Eminence, Chief Justice Sheikh Abdul Hafez Al-Rabta, and His Eminence, the Grand Mufti of the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army, Colonel Dr. Hassan Mukhatrah, and the Mufti of the Public Security Directorate, Colonel Dr. Samer Al-Hawamleh, and the Imam of the Hashemite presence, Dr. Ahmed Al-Khalayleh, secretaries and general directors, and ambassadors accredited to Jordan, muftis and judges of the Sharia law, officers and non-commissioned officers from The Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab army, security services, imams, preachers, men and women preachers.
