The Libyan army detachments in Brigade (444) managed to arrest,Thursday, four smugglers while they were driving their armored car in the middle of the Libyan desert.
The brigade said in a statement that the operation to arrest the smugglers took place after direct clashes .
with them in the middle of the desert, as they were arrested after setting up an elaborate ambush while they were waiting to receive one of the smuggled shipments.
The statement confirmed that the four arrested are among the largest drug smugglers, “hallucinogenic nerve pills”, including the Algerian smuggler, nicknamed “Don Ronaldo”.
