Libya is elected to the membership of the Board of Directors of the Arab Labor Organization

Libya obtained membership in the Board of Directors of the Arab Labor Organization, as well as a delegate member in the Organization’s Financial Control Committee.

This came during the participation of a delegation from the Libyan Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation in the work of the Arab Labor Conference at its 49th session, held in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, in the presence of Arab labor ministers.

The Board of Directors of the Arab Labor Organization will serve for a period of two years from 2023 to 2025, with the membership of Libya, Egypt, Palestine, Morocco and Qatar.

It is noteworthy that the Libyan delegation participated in the activities of the technical committees related to social security, training and rehabilitation, the women’s committee, new work patterns, and other technical committees.
