The Holy Capital Municipality, represented by the General Administration for Investment, announced the launch of an investment opportunity; In the establishment, operation and maintenance of trade fairs on Ibrahim Al-Khalil Road in Al-Kaakiya neighborhood in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
The Secretariat explained that the investment opportunity is to establish, operate and maintain trade fairs, on an area of 102.02.32 square meters.
And she stated that the term of the contract will extend for the next 25 years, and that the last date for submission will be on 7/25/2023, noting that applying for the opportunity will be by entering the website or application of the municipal investment portal “Foras”.
