US officials say four people have been killed and another injured in a plane crash in South Carolina near a golf course.
According to media, initial reports said that one person had died, but the total death toll rose to four.

The FAA said five people were on board the single-engine Piper PA-32 that crashed northwest of Grand Stand Airport in North Myrtle Beach.
Firefighters found the wreckage of the plane near the Barefoot Landing Resort and Golf Course, and the plane caught fire.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the incident in cooperation with the National Transportation Safety Board, and no additional information regarding the identity of the plane’s passengers has been revealed yet.
