23 roads were closed in the city of Artvin due to the accumulation of heavy snow, and classes were suspended for one day.
According to local media, 3 roads were closed in the center, 2 in Ardanuc, 2 in Arhavi, 6 in Burca, 2 in Savsat and 8 in Yusufili.
Special management teams continue their efforts to open closed roads.
The highway teams also carry out shoveling and salting of snow at regular intervals to avoid any traffic disturbance at the desert crossing on the Artvin-Ardahan highway
