Romania announced the establishment of a center to train pilots, including Ukrainian pilots, to fly American F-16 fighters.
And the Romanian Supreme National Defense Council indicated – in a statement reported by “France 24” channel Thursday evening – that a regional center will be established in Romania to train pilots with other allies and the manufacturer of “F-16” fighters.
This comes at a time when several countries are seeking to help Ukraine train pilots to fly F-16 fighters, after the green light given by the United States to supply these aircraft to Kiev.
