The Turkish opposition promises to restore relations with Syria to its previous state if it wins the upcoming elections

The Turkish opposition candidate, Kemal Kilicdaroglu, stated that if the opposition wins the upcoming elections, it will work to restore relations with Syria to normal

Kilicdaroglu said in a speech he delivered before a mass electoral rally in the city of Kayseri, central Turkey, saying: “Within a maximum of two years, we will reconcile with Syria, and we will fully restore our normal relations with it, and we will reopen embassies between the two countries, and we will return the Syrians residing in Turkey, who numbered more than 3.” Millions of people, to their country.”

It should be noted that Kilicdaroglu is the main opposition rival to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during the upcoming presidential elections, to be held on May 14
