Trump’s deputy submits his candidacy papers to run in the upcoming US presidential elections

Former US Vice President Mike Pence submitted, on Monday, the necessary documents to run for the upcoming presidential elections in the United States, to be held in November 2024.

The relevant information was published Monday on the US Federal Election Commission website.

Pence is running for the presidential elections on behalf of the Republican Party, and he will seek the support and nomination of the Republican Party to run in the elections.

Hence, a war will take place between Republican Party candidates to gain the support of party members, and these candidates are Mike Pence, former US President Donald Trump, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, former US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, South Carolina Senator Tim Scott, and other politicians.

By Wednesday, there will be 10 major candidates in the Republican primary and 4 other candidates as well, but Trump is more than 30 points ahead of his closest rival, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
