Microsoft launches the community feature for the free version of Teams

QNA:

Microsoft announced the addition of a number of new features to the free version of the Teams video chatting program, including the community feature, in addition to support for the Microsoft platform for design through artificial intelligence, Microsoft Designer.

The company said that the Communities feature is similar in the program to the famous Discord platform, as it allows users to communicate and interact on specific topics, such as work, games, technology, sports, and others.

Community managers will be able to control their privacy settings, with the ability to make them public so that they appear to other users when exploring and joining communities, in addition to managing content, creating events and other features.

The community feature enables members to publish and interact with ideas and topics, create voting, make group calls, etc., and a maximum of 1,000 members can join each community.

In addition to the community feature, Microsoft recently added the Microsoft Designer feature to create designs via artificial intelligence within the free version of the Teams program to convert ideas and written text commands into unique designs without having to rely on specialized design software.
