SpaceX cancels the first attempts to launch a “Starship” to the moon

QNA:

The American Space Exploration Technologies Corporation, SpaceX, announced Monday evening, the postponement of the launch of its giant rocket, “Starship”.

The corporation stated, in a statement, that a “technical problem in the first stage launch booster” caused the delay in the launch of the approximately 120-meter long missile.

American billionaire Elon Musk and his foundation were planning to launch it from the southern tip of Texas, near the Mexican border.

It is noteworthy that this attempt to reach the moon was not scheduled to carry humans or satellites, and the Foundation will not make any other launch attempts before next Wednesday at the earliest.

The Foundation plans to use the “Starship” rocket to carry astronauts and cargo to the moon, in preparation for other trips that will eventually reach Mars.
