The innovative American master, Chef Tony from Wisconsin, USA wAS at The Library Lounge and Cigar Bar, present an exciting gourmet experience from a thousand miles away.

Chef Tony’s culinary education and training started at Johnson & Wales University in Providence Rhode Island. He has obtained professional success over the past 35 years across the United States. He strives to bring the best cooking the world has to offer and fuse it into an amazing culinary experience in combination with locally grown and fresh ingredients. Chef Tony builds his menus based on what he and his wife would enjoy and have experienced in their global travels.

In 2009, Chef Tony created Chefusion, a fine dining restaurant serving eclectic cuisine, run by 70 employees with a major focus on offsite catering. The restaurant has been selected as the 2022 winner in “The Knot Best of Weddings”, an award representing the highest-rated wedding professionals as reviewed by real couples, their families and wedding guests on “The Knot”.

During the October 25th to November 1st promotion period, an exciting menu of American inspirations will be available for your selection and enjoyment for one week only.
Combining the signature dishes of Guest Chef Tony and The Library Restaurant’s Executive Chef Majed Zawahreh, the guests will be taken on a tasteful journey that will certainly be a long lasting memory.
