Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel presents Toscana, a brand new venue that is the true definition of a cozy trattoria. Located in the upper lobby level, Toscana features warm earth-colored walls surrounded by greenery and a lemon tree at the center of the restaurant giving rustic vibes and transporting you to a small town in Tuscany. Influenced by the Tuscan style, Toscana’s design was inspired by a warm color scheme, terra-cotta tiles, indoor garden, wooden flooring, textured wall finishing and beautifully detailed murals of the rolling hills of Tuscany.
Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel’s Executive Chef Moreno Miotto, originally from Tuscany region in Italy brings his unique cooking experience to Amman using simple ingredients the Tuscany way, and is inspired by his mother who cooked using fresh produce picked from their own little garden. Toscana is a salute to the spirit of Italian home-dining cuisine, weaving culinary tradition with a passion for cooking and a consciousness for fresh produce.
Serving a simple yet tempting menu of Italian dishes with locally sourced ingredients including an assortment of appetizers, savory soups, hand-cut pasta; mouth-watering risotto and pizza, delicious cuts of meat and seafood choices with a wide range of selected wines, Toscana is available for lunch and dinner dinning.
The three primary pillars of Toscana are honoring simplicity, evoking emotion and rekindling warmth, which promises to provide recipes that deliver the honest flavors of Tuscany. This new venue is a genuine and convivial place where people can enjoy life through shared experiences and memories, bonded over hearty flavors right at the table.
During the month of October, Toscana will kick off its weekend family lunch with a great kids’ menu made with top quality and seasonal ingredients including; pasta, pizza, grilled sea-bass, grilled chicken, vegetable soup and desserts.
Toscana will also introduce their Espresso Business Lunch for the team players, running during weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) from 12 pm to 3:30pm. Guests can choose from two lunch options; the Corti lunch including antipasti buffet, a choice of hot beverage and dessert, and the Lungo lunch including; antipasti buffet, selected main course, a choice of hot beverage and dessert, all for a friendly fixed price.
