The Emirati singer Faisal Al Jasem, released his latest solo song entitled Aziz Al-Nafs. The song is a love song that carries feelings of sentiment and self-esteem. The opening lines of the lyrics says:
My self-esteem is high, but you are very dear
Your actions have earned you a place in my heart
I fought everybody; I never abandon you
I repelled everyone who blamed me because of you
I kept you in my two eyes, caring for you
The heart of loyalty protected you with love and honesty
In my best days, I granted you pride
You deserve more, for your patience with your ordeal
Faisal Al Jasem collaborated in the mixing and mastering of Aziz Al-Nafs with engineer Jassim Mohamed, after the distribution of Zaid Adel. Al Jasem musically performed the song for the lute with musician Sadiq Jaafar, for the guitar with Farsheed, for the strings with Ahmed Taha, and for the percussions with Samir Qattan, under the supervision and follow-up of Mohammed Al Raisi.
Aziz Al-Nafs was released in a video that included the song’s lyrics on Alhan on YouTube. It was distributed and broadcast on Emirati, Gulf and Arab radio stations, in addition to all specialized libraries and electronic platforms.
