The Jordanian artist Majdi Khouri will be performing a concert as part of the 37th edition of the Jerash Festival. The audience in Jerash will have a date with Khouri at the Royal Cultural Center on July 29th at 8:00 PM. During the concert, Khouri will present a variety of songs, showcasing his versatile vocal talent that allows him to sing various musical styles.

Majdi Khouri is a hardworking artist with a diverse repertoire of songs. Among his songs are “Andek Halayn” with lyrics by poet Evan Nassoh and music by Hassan Issa, and “Ahnlak” in the Iraqi dialect, and “Kohlet Aynek” lyrics by Majdi Khouri in the Jordanian dialect. He has also presented traditional songs from Bilad Al Sham heritage.

The 37th edition of the Jerash Festival witnesses a distinct feature with the wide participation of Jordanian artists alongside Arab stars.

What distinguishes the festival is the presentation of its events in multiple theaters outside of Jerash, including the Royal Cultural Center, Al-Boulevard, and Odeon Theatre, in addition to the theaters in Jerash.

In addition to the cultural events, there are theater performances, children’s activities, heritage displays, product showcases, and many other activities in various locations.
