Libya: Signing a memorandum of understanding to raise the competencies of the private sector with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research

On Tuesday, the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture – Libya signed a memorandum of understanding with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.

To raise the competencies of the private sector and support entrepreneurship.

According to the federation’s official Facebook page, the federation’s president, Muhammad Al-Raidh, signed a memorandum of understanding at the federation’s headquarters with the senior staff member of the Peace Division of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), Frank Borchers.

The memorandum aims to train cadres in the private sector, especially youth and women in Libya, empower them, create job opportunities for them and prepare them for entrepreneurship.
