Oil prices recorded a slight decline today, after rising more than 4 percent in the previous session, amid concern about the possibility of supply disruption.
By 00:17 GMT, Brent crude fell 18 cents, or 0.2 percent, to $87.97 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate crude fell 16 cents, or 0.2 percent, to $86.22 per barrel.
The two benchmarks gained more than $3.50 yesterday, Monday, after falling sharply in volatile trading last week.
