The BIST 100 index on the Istanbul Stock Exchange witnessed a decline of 0.23% at the opening of the week, reaching 7688.39 points, losing 18.02 points from last week’s close.
Financial sector indices followed this decline, as the banking index decreased by 0.61% and the holding index decreased by 0.25%. On the other hand, the tourism sector recorded the highest increase by 4.62%, while the insurance sector declined by 0.92%.
