Somali army forces, in cooperation with international partners, killed 30 members of the Kharijite terrorist militia in a military operation that took place in the regional state of Galmudug, according to the Somali Ministry of Information.
This operation comes at a time when the Somali Armed Forces, in cooperation with the Popular Resistance, intensified their operations against the Kharijite militias in areas of southern and central Somalia.
In the military operations carried out in cooperation with the popular resistance and international partners, the Somali army was able to undermine the capabilities of the Kharijite militias and liberate more than 80 cities and regions in the country.
