Qatar confirmed its continued efforts to release prisoners in the Gaza Strip.
The Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, confirmed during a phone call today, which he received from US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, that Qatar will continue to coordinate with the United States of America and international partners to release prisoners held by Hamas and reduce the escalation in the Gaza Strip. .
The Qatar News Agency said that during the call, the two sides reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to support and develop them, in addition to the latest developments in the situation in the Palestinian territories and Israel and ways to reduce the escalation.
