Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, held a number of important meetings, including his meeting with: Chief Advisor to President, President of Federal Senate and National Congress, Brazilian Foreign Minister of the Federal Republic of Brazil.
During the meetings, the sides discussed strategic relations, ways to enhance them to serve mutual interests. And discussed various issues of common interest and exchanged views.
And this as part of Sheikh Abdullah’s tour to several Latin American and Caribbean countries.
The UAE Foreign Minister also discussed with his Brazilian counterpart, Brazil’s preparations for presiding over the G20 Summit in 2024 and the outcomes of both countries’ participation in the G20 Summit held in the Republic of India last month.
In addition to, the cooperation between the UAE and Brazil within the framework of BRICS following the UAE joining the bloc, And the UAE’s preparations to host the Conference of the Parties (COP28) in November this year at Expo 2020 Dubai.
