Civil and Sports Law protects Mbappe from the Paris decision

Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, the French Paris Saint-Germain player, is armed with the law, in his war against his club’s management, after it decided to freeze him and send him to train with the reserve team and players returning from loan.

The relationship between Mbappe and the Parisian club worsened due to the player’s refusal to renew his contract, and his adherence to continuing until the end of the current contract, next June, which allows him to leave for free to Real Madrid in June 2024.

And the Spanish newspaper “AS” stated that Mbappe could sue the Parisian club, if the player’s punishment by the administration continued by preventing him from participating and training with the team until next September.

The newspaper stated that the Players Union will enter the picture and may end up imposing financial and sports sanctions on the Parisian club, due to the fact that Killian is protected by sports and civil law, and he has the right, like any athlete, to implement the entire contract period.

“AS” stressed that Paris’s decision to freeze Mbappe is only a temporary threat, which means that the exclusion decision is temporary and cannot be considered final, and despite that, the administration communicated to the player through those close to him that renewal is the only way for Kylian to return to the colors of the capital team again.

And the newspaper close to the walls of Real Madrid, who is awaiting the end of the war between Mbappe and Paris to win the player’s signature, stated that Kylian’s environment is studying the legal procedures that will be followed and will be taken if the deportation penalty continues until next September.
