The Professional Footballers’ Association in England has revealed the list of players nominated for the 2023 England Player of the Year award.

The list includes 6 players: Erling Haaland, Kevin De Bruyne, John Stones, Martin Odegaard, Bukayo Saka, Harry Kane.

This award is presented by the Professional Players Association, and the vote is made by the players, not the fans or sports critics, and this time the Egyptian international Mohamed Salah, the winger of the Liverpool team, is absent from it.
Harry Kane, who left the English Premier League during the current summer transfer period, was nominated for Bayern Munich, and he and Norwegian Erling Haaland are the closest to winning the award, along with Bukayo Saka, the Arsenal star.
It is noteworthy that Mohamed Salah won the Best Player Award in England, which is presented by the Professional Footballers Association twice, in the 2017-18 and 2021-22 seasons.
