The Palestinian player Zaid Wasim Wani managed, on behalf of the Riseup Club in Sidon, to win second place over the South in the Kyokushinkai Championship, which was organized by the “Lebanese Kyokushinkai Federation” at the Nabih Berri Sports Hall in Sarafand.
The director of Riseup Club, Coach Malik Al-Zibawi, stressed “the importance of this tournament and the difficulty of achieving victory in it,” praising the player, “Wani, who underwent intensive training in the club, which culminated in his victory in the second place over southern Lebanon.”
